We definitely will go back again.

We stayed at Halo House for a week, it’s our home away from home. The front desk crew is very friendly, helpful and informative, they always greeted us with big smiles. Breakfast is “ western style”, quiches were delicious, coffee was great . Breakfast is made to order, so the wait is a bit long. We had the family style room, the toilet room is separated from shower room, I felt the toilet is very cramped . For bedding, besides regular pillows, they even offered neck comfort pillow , which surprised me.They should have neck pillows for sale on site. 15th floor is public area for who stay there, gym is clean, self-laundry area is clean. For transportation, we relied on Uber, Halo House is at the corner, easy to find a pickup spot. But it’s a bit far from subway or mainline bus, however the overall environment is peaceful and quiet. Halo House is just across from Maple park , and around the corner from Taichung Theater , which I loved to have morning walks .

Very very noisy room, and very tiny room. I paid for the largest family room, also the least noisy room in the whole building, just for myself. At check in, they gave a me "upgrade", moved me to a much smaller and noisier room. Got corrected next day after complaining.

This hotel is a joke. Staff is unwaveringly inflexible and unhelpful. Room is unbelievably small. There’s literally 20” between the end of the bed and the bloody wall. Who designed this place? Stay away.

Check in的速度很快,二部電梯也不需等太久即可搭乘. 三人入住四人房,空間有些小,很有在日本入住飯店的感覺,房間有陽台但落地窗上貼了請勿進出的貼紙,有些小可惜. 15樓的公共空間有mini bar可供免費取用,提供另一個空間給臨時需要辦公或使用note book的人使用. 早餐是套餐式的,可頌（或貝果）搭配沙拉和飲料,輕食的份量.
