Decent place, but lacks good water pipes

Pretty decent place, very close to the train station (not high speed but the other one). Only thing was that the water pipes were bad - did not have hot water one night, another night we had very weak pressure in the hot water pipe. And once there was an immense amount of rust coming out from the pipes (we read that it’s normal, but still).

リューアルした客室が最高。台湾鉄道の台中駅から徒歩3〜5分。 セブン−イレブンも近くて便利、日本人旅行者が宮原眼科（スイーツ店）も近く。 本当にアメニティ（歯ブラシ、カミソリ）無だが、スリッパは使い捨てをロビーでもらえる。

他の口コミを見るともっと安く泊まれたとあるが、私は週末で直前予約だったこともあり、朝食もなしで1泊8000円程度でダブルルームで窓とバルコニーがついてる部屋だった。一般的なホテルよりコンパクトで、1人で泊まるのにはちょうど良いサイズだが、2人で泊まるのには狭すぎる。部屋は一見綺麗だが、細かく見ると、クロスが汚れていたり破れていたりする。部屋にいる時は隣の部屋の音は一切気にならなかったが、廊下にいると他の部屋のテレビの音などはまる聞こえだった。 清掃の女性の接客はとても良くて、私が泊まった9階には清掃の女性が待機している部屋があり、朝出かけるとそれを見てすぐに私の部屋にやってきて清掃してくれるので助かった。(他のホテルだと清掃する時間帯が決まっておりそれに合わせて部屋から追い出され、終わるまで何時間もかかったりたりするが、ここは臨機応変にさっとしてくれる)。服のタグを切りたくてハサミを借りた時も、言葉は通じないけど、丁寧に対応してくれて、切り取ったタグも捨てとくねと言って受け取ってくれて気持ちが良かった。 台中駅から徒歩すぐで周りにはコンビニや宮原眼科もあり、空港行きの市バス乗り場もすぐ近くで立地は申し分なし。但しこのホテルがある駅の西側は駅周辺には飲食店や屋台は少ない。ホテルのすぐ横の路地に「九六素食處」というベジタリアン専門の食堂があるが、ここのご飯は美味しくて毎日通った。逆にホテルの安い朝食がついてなくて良かったと思った。 最後に、これはホテルのせいではないが、台中駅およびこのホテル周辺は東南アジアから出稼ぎに来ている富裕層ではない外国人労働者が多く、治安が心配な地域。台中駅やホテル周辺の路地に座り込んでいる外国人多数。台湾人の友人曰く彼らはただ同朋と話すために集まっているそう。またこのホテルも基本は安いからか、そのような東南アジアの客層が多かった。夜遅くまで廊下まで聞こえる大声で話したり、音楽を鳴らしたり、台湾というより東南アジアの安宿の雰囲気で気持ちの良いものではなかった。日本も台湾も外国人が入ることで治安が悪くなっていくのは同じなんですね... カップルやご家族連れや、ご年配の方にはもう1ランク上のホテルをおすすめ。

The Pros: Check in was quick and easy. The WiFi was fast. They offer cold or hot water on the first floor. They also have a laundry machine in the same room as the cold/hot water. The Cons: The rooms are tight. I felt the air conditioning could be a little colder. I really don’t like the idea of throwing toilet paper in the waste basket. So be prepared.

第一晚間房沒有冷氣要求換房，但接待處個肥妹回覆一句沒房冇得換，因好夜只好沒声出。第二早就要求佢地睇下修理，但是這晚冷氣都好差。所以第三天我一早就下去要佢地一定要換房，因為我尚有三晚点住？1這職員立刻答應换房，到左晚上回來後就换左間有冷氣比我地喇！

駅前でとても便利でした。コーヒーやお茶も備えてあり嬉しかったです。レンタサイクルが近かったのも便利でした。タオルもバスタオル、フェイスタオル、足拭き用と揃っていて良かったです。室温も涼しすぎず睡眠中も心地よかったです。

台中駅に近く、セブンイレブンも近くて良かったです。シングルベッド2台の部屋を予約しましたが、少し狭く、スーツケース2つでは広げる場所がなく、ベットの上で詰めるしかありませんでした。朝食は「これぞ台湾のホテル食」というお料理が並んでいました。美味しくいただきました。

Très bien

Très bon hôtel, proche de la gare de Taichung (TRA) et qui permet de rayonner en bus pour aller à Sun Moon Lake, Lugang, dans d'autres districts de Taichung. Bonne literie, très propre, petit-déjeuner local avec du choix, Grande salle de bain, personnel agréable. Prévoir bouchons d'oreilles. Un frigo dans la bagagerie vous permet de garder votre pique-nique au frais le temps qu'il faut.

Near Taichung TRA and transport to Sun Moon Lake etc. Only thing is room not exactly sound proof. We hear other guests talking and moving arnd fm 6 am. At times rowdy in the evening. DIY laundry is useful.
