Recently remodeled and perfect for your vacation! This 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Tahoe City home located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe is close to Homewood, Alpine, & Squaw Valley resorts in the winter and near beaches, bike paths and bustling downtown. Beautiful views. New mattresses. Well appointed kitchen. New furniture in living room except coffee table and light carpets

Other things to note
Friday night and Saturday night may not be split up. We have starter supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. The home will have general cleaning supplies and garbage bags. There maybe salt, pepper, and other condiments. If you have favorite spices or condiments; you should bring them just in case. There is a motion detector camera on driveway. We cannot guarantee firewood. Placer County TOT #730983-9518. The carpets are a bit tired but cleaned, will be replaced Fall 2023. All Covid protocols are enhanced as they always have been. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced and no more than 3 cars without permission. Thanks!!
