"The house was well cared for and well equipped The location is wonderful and being able to use the private beach area at Sunnyside made it so convenient to go the the lake. The back yard is well laid out and has fun games for the family. Laure was very responsive to my questions and had the property manager over quickly to tweak a small issue. It’s a great house for your time in Tahoe "

"Parking right in front of our back deck, easy checkin with keyless option, coffee maker and small kitchen with dishes and cookware, comfortable bed with pillow top mattress and wish I couldve stayed longer to enjoy the many amenities."

"Overall impression on the property was phenomenal. Spacing was great for a party of 13. Tahoe City was close by and was a pleasant strip to visit. Home is just as described, even though there wasn’t an AC it kept cool without the unit downstairs. Neighborhood was very calm, about a 15-20 minute walk to the non-private beach. "

We also really liked the upgrades since our last stay (the giant family couch with recliners were so comfy!).
