9 adults ranging from 21- 92 stayed in house. Fantastic location and house was as described. There was plenty of room to spread out and also gather. Artwork and furnishings are nice. Beds are comfortable. Even pull out couch was comfortable. Easy to get into town. Air conditioning honestly doesn’t matter as it is cool at night and house was comfortable. Kitchen worked well. I do agree knives aren’t great, but overall very good. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again.
Overall experience was good. Rooms were spacious enough. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Some things did not work, dish washer machine (1 out of 3 washers). All the knives were extremely dull (needs to be replaced). They asked you to remove all the bedding etc. and place all the towels and run the wash for them, which honestly why did I have to do that if I’m already being charged all these fees (but because I didn’t want to be charged if i didn’t, I did.
The beds were clean and comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms, and they were clean. However, with 5 adults, and 3 children, there were not nearly enough towels
-- and when I asked for additional ones, was told "that is why there is a washer/dryer in the house".
The decks had not been cleaned in a long time. The main deck had a blue crumpled tarp in the corner that was full of spiders, webs and thick dust. My husband had to sweep the deck off so it was usable.
No reviews have mentioned the amount of stairs in this house. There are 4 full sets of stairs to go from the garage to the kitchen/family room level.
Many pieces of furniture are showing a lot of wear .
As a travel agent, both my hubby and myself, your home was amazing. We rent many large homes to accomadate both family and or our preschool families or church family. This time was just family.Sadly, we were only able to enjoy your beautiful home one night. The road conditions and bad resulted in road closure. We were not able to get to your home until 12/27 at 4:30 pm the next day. We will plan another trip there.
GUESTS BEWARE!!! This was a very nice property, but poorly managed. There were multiple beds with dirty sheets, dust everywhere and what looked like a bug infestation in one of the recessed lights in one of the master bedrooms. I took photographs of everything. After many hours of back and forth, many phone calls to customer service, I was finally able to get new sheets delivered but this was overall a sub par experience. The host will also ask you to verify your ID on a 3rd party website after booking, which they do not explicitly mention in the listing. Great property, bad management, sub-optimal experience.
The house is new/up to date with everything you need in the kitchen! We were visiting in July & it definitely got warm. There are plenty of fans & it cooled off tremendously at night. Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe & close to Tahoe City for restaurants, shops & activities. If you are here during the summer, rent a boat or kayaks & stay on the water all day:)
This property is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. Tahoe City is a short drive away and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house has everything you need except air conditioning! It was 83 degrees in the house during our entire stay. The instructions from the property manager were to open the windows and use the ceiling fans (there are no ceiling fans). We found some box fans but even that didn’t help. It was too uncomfortable to stay in the home and relax. I understand that a lot of the homes built decades ago in Tahoe don’t have air conditioning but this is a brand new home.

No Hot Water
This was a very frustrating vacation rental experience. First four days we were without hot water . It was a 5 bedroom /6bath home . Our family consisted of 8 adults and 4 children .
The list was endless on the problems we encountered.
No ice , blinds that didn’t work , broken window cranks , broken furniture , inadequate towels in all baths , bathtub unusable . And there was more.
We were there for one week and half of that week was waiting for plumbers and handymen coming in and out of the house trying to fix things . Next year we will find another company to use.
I unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a shared rental. The check-in process was extremely unorganized — we didn’t receive any check-in information until 20 minutes before our arrival, after I had to call and ask. When we got there, we discovered the freezer wasn’t working. We had medical necessities that required freezing, and because the issue was never resolved, we had to spend significant money trying to keep them cold ourselves. On top of that, all of our groceries spoiled. Despite multiple messages, the property manager was unresponsive and kept promising to “get back to us,” but never did. We felt completely left in the dark and unsupported throughout the stay. The house was also understocked. Basic necessities were missing — including a cutting board — and overall, it didn’t feel properly prepared for guests. While the location is beautiful, the lack of communication, basic supplies, and failure to resolve urgent issues made this property not worth the stay. I would not recommend it. Please beware before booking.
We loved this space. We hope to reserve it year after year when we make a our annual trip to Tahoe. Thank you for renting out this beautiful home to us.
Loved our stay and it was a great layout for my large family. We celebrated my daughters 31st birthday as well as watching the Super Bowl. The kitchen, dining room, family room and bedrooms were perfect. It was very easy to check in and it was nice having the garage to park our cars. Will definitely be back.
This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom. Home is essentially brand new. Well equipped with everything we needed. The ice maker generates enough ice for like 2 glasses of water a day, so buy a bag of ice at the store and you're all set. The biggest drawback was no access to Dollar Point beach, which was right down the street, so we had to drive to Skylandia beach about 8m away. There also is zero yard so keep that in mind if that's something you need. Overall was an amazing experience that I would recommend to those looking to book a big beautiful home in a great location.
I was relieved to find that the property matched the pictures! Very nice, comfortable home. The only downside was no lake access. Other than that, this home was perfect for our extended family getaway.
We had such a wonderful time with our family in this beautiful home. The incredible views of the lake and heated floors were just a few of the things we loved. We also enjoyed the spacing between bedrooms and the gorgeous living room and balcony.

Beautiful home, poor property Mgmt
The home is beautiful and spacious. Lovely quiet neighborhood. The house is missing odd things like dish towels, soap, dish soap. The property was as pictured / described.
The property management company was disappointing and surprising by just how poorly run they are. Requests were not responded to and when they are, it is from a central call center with no knowledge of the property, and no follow through. Love the house / avoid the property manager.
Recommend you rent somewhere else until they change the PM
