Parking:
4 vehicle max. All cars must park in the garage and on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tyres or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4x4 necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Dogs welcome. Max number of pets is 2, additional fees apply.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
