"The place is well located if you want to stay in Aguas Claras zone, but if your intention is to be close do city centre, this is not your place. The room was well cleaned and the communication with the host was good. However so points for me are a dealbreak and reason I would not book this place again: BED- to access the bed you need to “jump” or be on your knees on a wood, super uncomfortable and for someone older I cannot even imagine! There is not eletric plugs close to the bed, so you cannot...
"The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row). "
