i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows.

Hermoso resort, habitaciones cómodas y buena atención el único problema es que no pudimos bañarnos, nos quedamos una noche y al día siguiente nos dijeron que no había agua porque estaban haciendo unas reparaciones, tuvimos que pedir agua para poder cepillarnos los dientes
