Muy buen hotel y zona inmejorable.

La última ciudad para llegar en auto y visitar Zermatt en tren, la estación a 100 metros del hotel. Los dueños muy atentos, a la llegada ya nos explicaron y nos recomendarían que hacer y qué ver, los mejores puntos y pueblos de la zona, también te venden el pase del tren ellos más económico que en la estación. Habitación recién hecha con cocina completa, grande cómoda y con una excelente vista a matherhom.

Unpleasant stay !

Hotel located not near from rail station to Zermatt about 700-800 m , WiFi only possible in the restaurant area. I had to pay 35CHF for kitchen use equipped in the room. The kitchen facilities were humble without any frypan and even wine opener. I'll never use that kinds of kitchen if I knew I pay for only 1 CHF ! Furthermore, When I asked wine opener to receptionist, maybe owner, She told me that if not returned on check-out she will charge for it to my account. The wine opener was also so humble ! Never experienced service with so many bookings with Hotels.com

스위스 체르마트 근방 숙박치고는 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 친구네와 부부 동반으로 방 2개짜리 숙박이었는데 주방 기기도 갖추고 있어 저녁에 같이 어울리기도 좋았구요. 주인장이 주변 볼거리 등 잘 알려주셔서 도움이 되었구요. 다만 와이파이가 식당에서 밖에 되지 않는데 그것도 커넥션이 아주 좋지 않았다는 점이 다소 아쉬운 점이었습니다.

FANTASTIC PLACE, Definitely recommended

FANTASTIC. I tend to leave honest reviews, and I must say that Monte Rosa is FABULOUS. Including the balcony, we had beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape from all four directions (breathtakingly beautiful), and the rooms were also extremely clean and beautiful, like a wooden hut in a storybook. The place is large (one living room + kitchen, bathroom (with the best view in the house), a balcony and two bedrooms). If I visited Switzerland again, I would definitely look for this place again. The couple who own the place are also very kind and friendly, and their food is also fantastic. If I could, I would've eaten much, much more than I did. Fantastic breakfast, view, and rooms. Extremely comfortable that I wanted to stay longer. The only drawback is that the room we stayed in did not have good internet (the lobby nearby has fantastic internet), but the view was so nice that I didn't really want to be on the internet anyway.

Appart-hôtel très bien, mais...

Globalement bien, surtout pour une nuit. Petit bémol cependant : nous avions réservé une nuit dans cet établissement car c'était un petit appartement avec cuisine, et donc possibilité de se faire à manger, mais quand le gérant a appris que l'on allait faire à manger, il m'a demandé 35.- francs supplémentaires pour le nettoyage. Ces frais devraient être indiqués au moment de la réservation, ce n'est pas correct.

Nice apartment close to station

Very well maintained apartments with nice views and very close to train station to zermatt and a couple of restaurants. The staff were very helpful and spoke fluent english and served excellent breakfast. Although little disappointed that pool and restaurant were closed due to off peak season, i would recommend them

Warm comfortable room in aparthotel

Location just outside village centre and train station, ok to walk in good weather (with luggage), otherwise get a taxi! Our stay was relaxing, had a nice meal in the restaurant, staff friendly and helpful. Not much to complain about, apart from inadequate shower gel - 2 tiny sachets for 3 people, though this was probably an oversight. Even so, the sachets were inadequate for a proper shower. Would recommend.

Value stay

The staff was friendly and very informative about transportation / activities in the area. Hotel has a restaurant downstairs which was actually quite good. There are two bus stops right by the hotels, so it was very convenient to get to Interlaken East and Interlaken West train stations.

Nice apartment/hotel, but crazy kitchen rules

It was a nice hotel to stay in: close to the train station and reasonably priced. My main complaint regards the rules about the kitchen. This hotel is advertised as having a kitchen available, which was a major selling point to us as we were looking for ways to keep the trip affordable. You have to read the fine print to learn that you will have a CHF 35 charge if you use the kitchen.

Great place!

Nice location in Taesch (600 meters to the train station to Zermatt). The "room" was a whole apartment with two bedrooms (2 beds each), big bathroom, living room (big sleeper sofa), and fully equiped kitchen (and dining table!). I will stay in room 423 again. Oh, and I should not forget to mention the indoor swimming pool (heated!! kids and adults sections separated!!). I would not say the price is cheap, but it is definitely worth it.

Pour un appart-hôtel : Les Plus : Propreté de l'appartement, aménagement, ustensiles multiples, parking couvert, propreté des extérieurs. Les Moins : piscine arrêtée la moitié du séjour, pas de remplacement compris dans le forfait des serviettes de bain et des draps sur un séjour de 11 jours . Un minimum régulier serait souhaitable. Aucune chaine télé par satellite en langue française autre que M6 boutique !!!. Propreté du tri des ordures ménagers.

Great and friendly location

We really enjoyed our two days despite the weather not being all that it could have been. The couple owning the hotel are very friendly and helpful with advice on the shuttle to Zermatt and then on the Gornergrat and the shuttle station is only 5 minutes walk away. As others have said the hotel is spread over a number of buildings either side of a road but all are accessible via the very secure underground car park and we thought the pool was good too and easy to get to even though we were in one of the furthest blocks from it. If yu have young famly be aware that there is not much of a shallow end. Only downside of room was that we could not find air conditioning - not that we needed it for the weather we had! - but otherwise we thought it was roomy with a good kitchen area - what we booked it for really, and we had read beforehand about the extra charge to use the cooking facilities. Be aware if its important to you that the ground floor rooms in block F don't have much of a view because of the trees at the edge of the garden area - you,ll have to walk across the grass to see Mount Rosa - but we had no complaints at all.

No kettle to make a hot drink on arrival. No plug available for the bath. Very dated decor. Not at all comfortable. Only thing worth the stay was the buffet breakfast. Glad it was only one night.

CHEAPER than Zermatt !

This hotel was much cheaper than anything in Zermatt. That said, it is 16 Swiss francs return on the train(superb service) so if you go every day it mounts up. The restaurant is excellent and the owner cant do enough to make you happy. There is a small gym and pool but they are both just for fun. The only fault I found was that the maid left our outside door open twice. We had left passports etc in the room so it could have caused us a massive problem but luckily didnt. Very quiet in Tach at night so if you like peace and quiet this is the place for you.
