"Very nice Chateau with modern and clean rooms.
Walking between the main castle and the house with hotel rooms is a bit inconvenient but ok.
The restaurant for dinner was busy and perhaps under-staffed. We experienced quite a wait to order and I had to ask literally 5-times to get a bottle of water. The food was good and the waiters were generally nice. "
"We (me, husband, and teenage daughter) loved every minute of our stay at this fabulous Chateau. It's like stepping back in time and staying with friends at their castle. Geoffrey and the rest of the staff was so welcoming, including the owner who is the Count. As to facilities, there's no spa or anything like that, but those places are everywhere. This is a one-of-a-kind experience in a beautiful castle surrounded by a forrest and not far from Annecy. If you go, be sure to stay for dinner in the upstairs dining room, where you'll be treated to a delicious homemade meal from the private chef. Love, love, love this place!"
