8.6/10 Excellent! (1,369 reviews)
Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,657 reviews)
We love the decor of the hotel. Area is hip and easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful. A bit loud on Saturday night if you are facing the Main Street. But other than that we enjoyed it.

8.4/10 Very good! (10,858 reviews)
"We opted for a standard room with a view of Tower Bridge. I loved that view and took so many photos at different times of the day. You can see the Shard too. Next time I would opt for a renovated room with view. Our room was showing its age, not in a run down way but I think it was original to the ..."

7.6/10 Good! (6,024 reviews)
"Initially loved it, but with nowhere to sit, the bed was actually not comfortable for sitting up in (though comfortable to sleep). The aircon didn’t work and it became very hot overnight. So much so that I woke up very thirsty and found nothing to drink from. Not even a paper cup. That makes no ..."
