No telephone inside your room to reach out the front desk. You have to walk all the way to the front when you need help.
TV was not set up to local channels.
They ran out of bath towels. We were given hand towels in the meantime to use.

Incredible place, we had a fantastic time. I guess we got lucky because on a few dining occasions we were the only ones there which was very special. Everybody did a wonderful job and the pool is magnificent. If you haven’t been there yet you need to get there… The room was perfect. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast and lunch was incredible and the pool beyond magnificent. Right off the main road so you can access transportation easily.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room we had was lovely and it had an outdoor space to sit which was lovely in the evening.
The food was good and the breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of things cooked fresh in front of you.
The hotel feels tucked away which made it peaceful but it’s only a short walk to the hub of Alona Beach.
The bonus is they have a happy hour with 2 for 1 on the selected cocktail and also offer a free foot massage on certain days!
