We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon. "

"Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour. "

"We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options "

"Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. "

"Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest. Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it. "
