"ITC Mughal was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely efficient, the food at Taj Bano and Peshawari was excellent and there is an interesting sampling of shops within the hotel. The hotel grounds are nice for a small walk and the puppet show was adorable.

The rooms are homely and the bathroom spotless. The balcony are is nice too. The homemade paratas are worth trying. An enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay again"

Far enough away from busy road, therefore no traffic noise.
Great choice of on site restaurants.
Beautiful extensive gardens.
The Royal Suites are amazing with little extras thrown in including two hour complimentary drinks and nibbles.

"Reception was proficient and polte. The lady in charge was clear with information required. She delivered tickets for the Taj at nominal additional cost. The breakfast had adequate foods for western tastes in addition to Indian staples. Staff members were again polite and proficient. The lady manager at reception arranged a taxi for us to our next location (Jaipur). The driver was good, the taxi modern and spotless and the costs clear and comprehensive. I was content with the whole package. "
