Good hotel in reasonable rates

Room was amazing, although it was small, service was excellent staff was very good, and the best thing is food which is very delicious. Overall good experience highlly recommended to others

Dirty

The hotel gave us the incorrect room. Finally, when we received another room with seperate beds, it was extremely dirty and cold. There was visible dirt on the doors and walls. Also it smelt like a dog had been sleeping in the room. The phone was sticky. The bed uncomfortable. The staff were not very helpful until we got angry with them for making us wait 30 mins to answer 1 question. Also, the ad on hotels.com is incorrect. It is not close to the Taj Mahal at all. It’s about 30-40 mins walk away - not 1 min. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

typical backpacker hovel and overpriced.

this is the worst hotel i have stayed in and i have stayed in many. it is dirty, poorly finished, the staff lie and the description of the rooms on hotels.com are lies. if you have to stay here don't bother going to India, you can't afford to be there and you won't enjoy it. pay just a little more and you will enjoy your trip and the Taj Mahal.. the only good thing tbere was the food and the restaurant staff, they deserve better support.

DISGUSTING HOTEL

Very bad hotel. Never stay here. Seriously this hotel smells really bad. You feel like vomiting with the smell. Its a very low budget hotel one of OYO ROOMS.

Good value for the money

The hotel is clean and nice. It is far from the city, which is fine for us cause we like to walk, but if you need to do sightseeing, you should expect a 20 minutes walk to and from the areas that are interesting in Agra. We walked also to Agra Fort, which is a long, but very lovely walk.

Comfortable/affordable hotel near Taj Mahal

Pros: close to Taj Mahal; hot water available for showering; nice bellboys and staff; new hotel and facilities; elevator Cons: no shower curtain so water flies everywhere in the bathroom as you shower (seems to be the norm in India)

Nice hotel to stay

Generally our stay was pleasant. Rooms were small but clean. Air conditioning was very effective. Wi-Fi was effective. Buffet Breakfast service was good. Overall recommended for stay.

Great location. On south gate side of Taj Mahal

This hotel was in a great location for visiting the Taj Mahal and the facilities were in good condition. The only downside was the friendliness of some of the staff. All in all, not a bad place to stay, and a great price.

Pros - Near to Taj Mahal and food joints and Sadar baza, Complimentary wifi and breakfast was good. Cons - Interior of room is very old,need renovation. The front of hotel is very dirty with open gutters. Service is inconsistent and room utilities are replaced only after calling room service. Phone was not working so had to goto reception to ask for everything. Restaurant and mineral water is highly over charged n expensive, avoid.

Great staff who go out of their way to help. Hotel's about 4 mins walk from main road but not much in the way of thins to do for tourist. Expec to take auto rickshaws.

Bathroom was dirty. Asked it to be cleaned. After 10mins my room smelt of industrial strength cleaning products and bleach. Could not open a window so the smell lingered. Staff were ok.

Hot water needs to be called in. location is out of the way. So if you stay in Agra (which i would not recommend all together) besides seeing the Taj (preferably at sun rise) get something nicer.

Very nice hotel for the price

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a nice floor plan. The Resturant food and staff were also very good. I highly recommend this hotel for the price. Located near the entrance to the Taj Mahol.

Quiet location 2km from Taj Mahal

If you look for a quiet location in a good hotel 2 km from the East entrance to Taj Mahal, this is the place. Access along the Eastern road is an easy walk. New hotel provides good service and breakfast all for a reasonable price. Hot water and internet worked well.

A Very Good Budget Hotel !!

The Hotel was clean and nice. The room were of decent size. The Bath room were clean. The only thing I did not liked about the hotel was the food that served at Dinner time.( it was very BAD) though the breakfast was good.

The wi-if wasn't working during our stay, our room had a broken window patched up with plastic, so was cold. There is no fruit juice with breakfast. The location is ok.
