"It was definitely a hotel we would stay at again. Breakfast was sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs and sausage patties. You could make waffles. Other options were available like fruit, granola, cereal and yogurt. Coffee was excellent . While we didn't use the pool, it looked nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the bed was very hard, to me. To people that like a firm mattress, it would be fine. To me, it was too firm for me to sleep well."

"Clean and somewhat updated rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Doesn't offer breakfast which we didn't realize, but grams place had us more than covered. Tiny parking lot but we managed to find a spot both nights. You can tell they are trying to keep on repairs which is hard to find with cheaper hotels. Great price, great staff, good location. 9/10 would stay again!"

"I chose this property because I was traveling with my male Shih Tzu puppy. The hotel is tucked away in southeast Lincoln in a very quiet area. I found this location ideal because there is very little traffic on Amber Hill Court. The staff was superb, very supportive. Most of the other guests were not, so far as I could tell, accompanied by pets, which suggested to me that they selected the Holiday Inn Express & Suites for its other features: reasonable price, great breakfast (delicious, hot cinnamon rolls), etc. If you travel with a dog, you can request a room on the first floor for easy access to the surrounding grounds. I believe the placement I received (first-floor room, close to side door) was due to my having a pet. So, the staff is attentive to its guests’ unique needs. Therefore, for these reasons, I will return for future stays at this property. Very satisfied!"

"Allowing people to park backward toward the building causes loud noises to be directed towards the rooms when they start their trucks and vehicles in the morning! Also exhaust ! "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was puke or something splashed all over the bottom of the footboard of the bed. We slept fully clothed on top of the bedding. Cleanliness of the entire building was questionable. Hallways full of dirt and crumps. Lighting in the room was sad and depressing. The doors at the end of the halls don't lock so you are open to anyone entering the building at anytime. Toilet wouldn't flush until usually the 3rd or 4th time with the handle. Walls are paler thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Even just conversations. We checked out next morning and couldn't get a refund of our next night. The pictures do not match what you walk into. "

"Clean room. Not any extra space in room, but fairly standard size. Premium room is just better view and not larger. Pool is great and nice large indoor pool."

"The breakfast was a plus and great!!! I love the different varieties of hot tea! The lady working breakfast was helpful. Staff very friendly. Justine was very pleasant and always had a smile when i seen her. I would stay there again"
