"The property looks cleaner online than when we got in. The first night they did not clean our rooms. All throughout the 5 days stay the room floor was not vacuumed. Not on my list our hotels to revisit "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. N JS No upgrades done inside for what looks like decades ago. Reception bloke, was more interested talking to someone else, not a guest, than attending to me & when a guest who came in was more attentive to them than myself who was standing there after he’d begun. The fridges are still noisy after 10 years since I last stayed a Budget Ibis and I had to turn it off. There was a gap in the window and it constantly whistled, so got toilet paper and ran it around the edge and this stopped it. I realise pillows are a personal choice but to only have a high pillow and a hard pilly)was supposed to be memory foam!!! I got no good sleep and must’ve woken more than 10 times and eventually just got up at 0430. "
