"Wonderful location, close to restaurants and public transport. Very good customer service, easy parking and check in. Room was spacious however was not overly clean and had stained carpets and was not spotless overall. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the amenities."

"This was my second time staying here for an event in the city, and for the price compared to the CBD, it is great! Comfy bed and excellent water pressure in the shower, and I knew to pack slippers from my first stay as the floors in the rooms are concrete. The staff are very friendly! On the surface the rooms look clean but I dropped something and saw under the bed and dresser and wish I hadn't! ;) All in all, I'd stay for a third time."

"All the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Rooms were a little dated and our window was unable to fully close so heard lots of traffic noise throughout the night. The room was fairly clean and a good size, the bed was also very comfortable! The location was great and being able to see the harbour bridge and Sydney opera house was amazing! We arrived early morning after an overnight bus and were lucky our room was ready which was a great welcome as we were both so tired. Would stay again!"
