"Enjoyed my stay immensely! There is currently ongoing construction, however that didn’t affect my comings and goings or my sleep at all. Rooms are elegant and just what I needed - the relax/mood lighting was super nice after walking in the sun. Even when the taxi button didn’t work to call a taxi when I was checking out, we worked toward a good solution easily. The 4/5 stars is coming strictly because of the dinner staff at the Olympus which is attached to the hotel. They were insanely rude and one man left and never came back. I do not know if it was shift change or what. I ate about half and just left. No need for refills. And no one mentioned the water is $12. That would’ve been nice to know beforehand - a little deceiving. Be careful at the Olympus."

"Excellent staff. The receptionist upgraded our twin room to a Queens double bedroom free of charge. We didn’t even request it! Comfortable hotel rooms and bed. Excellent full range buffet breakfast including full English hot breakfast items. All breakfast items consistently replenished. Location only 30 mins walk from Sydney harbour that contains the Opera house, harbour bridge and botanical gardens."

"This was my second stay at Veriu Green Square. It's a great location on the Airport rail train line. It's close by to restaurants, cafes, Woolworths and a beautiful library. It's a very quiet hotel. There's no housekeeping on Sundays and public holidays so for 2 days my room wasn't serviced. I recommend this hotel and will return."

"The hotel was nice and I had a lovely view of the Sydney harbour bridge, the hotel was an ok location was about half an hour walk to the Quay which on some occasions felt long. The heating didn’t work very well, i never reported it as I managed to figure out how to turn it off, my room became warmer by turning the heating off. The room was a good size. I would like to give some excellent feedback to a couple of ladies behind reception Jayani, Leana and Erith. They all gave me some excellent advice and I felt like they looked out for me, as a solo female traveller I felt reassured by the advice they gave me & areas to avoid. I stayed in a few hotels in Australia over 6 weeks and the interaction with these ladies stood out the most, I'd like to say thank you for being kind and taking the time to listen to me and give advice."
