Staff were not helpful, never responded to a request for help in getting the TVs working (called 30 min after check-in). Room was ok, not worth the money we spent ($600+ per night). Hyatt Regency Sydney
I got into Sydney early and my room was ready. I did not have to wait till 3pm to check in. That was wonderful. Check in and out was seamless. A wonderful stay.
