The property was exceedingly clean and neat Though the sheets werent changed at all during our stay. Towels were changed while we were out, but the new ones were simply dumped on the bed, and the dirty ones not even taken away. The cleaning staff also didnt close the room door properly so we came home to an unlocked room... not good given it had all of our personal items, laptops etc in there. We were also a bit disappointed by not being informed that we had to pay extra for parking. We deliberately searched for and selected this hotel on expedia, for its location and because we new we needed parking. Street parking is crowded in the area, so not really a viable reliable option. Staff are very casual if there at all and no will or power to address complaints. So would we come again... mmm hard to say really... If we had another event within walking distance and didnt need a car probably yes, otherwise almost certainly not

My room was right by the main road which was very loud. Also there was a man in the room next to me that was shouting all night so couldn’t get much sleep.

Me sorprendió gratamente ya que estaba muy limpio, tenia un lava manos dentro de la habitación, nos dejaron toallas, y algunas infusiones para desayunar. Además, tiene una cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar, junto con la lavandería completa. Lo único que no me agrado fue que quisimos ussr la lavadora pero necesitaba una moneda especial, la cual debían dárnosla en recepción pero luego de las 18 hs no había nadie allí por lo que no pudimos utilizarla. La ubicación es muy buena, estando a menos de una calle del centro de Randwick.

WE had a great time at Alison, we only noticed that the tv doesn't have all channels such as 9 , 10 and only had few channels only. Beautiful lodge and warm accomodation.

Room was small, door hit bed on opening but bonus was it had its own ensuite and was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Although on main road, traffic noise was minimal but we were disturbed by loud foot traffic in late hours of night on street outside window both nights. Secure On site parking was a great bonus too.

This is a good place for single travellers or those looking for a hostel alternative, most likely not great for larger groups. Has shared bathrooms and a communal kitchen. Rooms are a bit small but are okay for a short stay.

The photo does not represent the rooms. Our room (215) was tiny and cramped. The bed was advertised as a Queen. It wasn’t. It was a double which is too narrow and too short. The staff member maintained it was a Queen. This was false.

This was very comfortable and clean. We had an ensuite bathroom so can’t comment on the shared facilities. A little noisy as it’s on a main road, but this would not stop me staying here again. The location was convenient with light rail as we had an event at Moore Park. If you don’t pre book your parking here you will struggle to get unrestricted parking as it’s limited.

I had a double room with a shared bathroom. I arrived very early and the receptionist greeted me, gave me a towel and I was able to shower after a 32 hour journey there before walking salons while waiting for my room to be ready. Everyone was very friendly. Very clean. I loved having a sink and fridge in my room and the fact that there was good shampoo and conditioner available in the showers. The sheets were soft, lots of pillows and a firm bed. Really enjoyed my stay!

I stayed for a total of 3 nights- & even though the sign stated that ‘room servicing’ would occur every other day- I had absolutely no servicing done- no option to replace my towel which I used to wipe the communal bathroom (no laundry shoot to place dirty & wet towels). Disappointed at the extra cost for car parking- which should come with a warning as extremely difficult to access.
