The staff was friendly but the place needs a good maintenance service because the blinds were broken and the shower was missing a soap dish for the first 8 days but they never fixed the blinds in the room

Smoke central.
The front desk check in, parking, customer service was all very good. Can't fault it. Amenities were good, room was a bit outdated, shower in bathtub kept falling down and anaemic water pressure but beds very comfortable. My one gripe is that I'm a non smoker. The dining room is part of the pokies room and cigarette smoke wafts VERY strongly into the dining room. Reeks! My clothes stunk, and we had to eat outside. It's illegal to have smoke in dining areas especially when there's kids! People were also sitting near our room and smoking so we had to run the gauntlet to try to avoid the smell and couldn't open our windows for any fresh air. A possible good stay ruined by smoke. I won't be back.

Check in was long and slow waited 20 mins for someone to come to desk. Staff not very friendly. Manager was rude. Pictures online the rooms have balconies in king rooms. Tv was slow and sluggish, booked two rooms for 3 adults each room only had 1 glass and 1 set of body wash and shampoo. Room was clean and tidy.

this property exceeded our expectations...beautiful clean huge room..clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. we ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meal was excellent and very well priced and the buffet breakfast was wonderful

The room was a Wotif room - one that they could get the most return out of that was more than likely not going to have complaints about.. If I paid for this room through the motel I would have asked to be reallocated another room. I generally find that all motels rent their worst room out through Wotif. Both access doors to the rooms were open when we got there - the toilet had been used, the locks on both doors were dodgy at best. Had to do a bit of work to make them lock.. What I find when I book through Wotif is there booking desk usually says we have no rooms for you to relocate to..

Very comfortable bed! Check in service was ok, could be improved. No bath as displayed in images, however was booked through external website (expedia), maybe there were some website errors? Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The room was spacious but quite dated. For the price, it was good. The King business suite doesn’t have block out curtains and having down lights outside made the room light up like we had a lamp on all night. After the first night, a staff member kindly removed the globe. The restaurant food was great and all staff helpful and friendly.

Did the job for a night's accommodation - room was clean and staff were very helpful. Pool looked uninviting and water was cloudy - general condition of property was a little rundown. Bar and dining was surprisingly good - staff excellent again.
