The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area, with a separate dining nook beside sliding doors that open onto the covered balcony.

The balcony overlooks established trees and includes an outdoor table and seating, giving guests another space for breakfast, coffee or meals outside.

The kitchen is set up for everyday cooking, with an oven, cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge and dishwasher, along with generous storage and bench space. A kettle and capsule-style coffee machine are also provided.

The bedroom includes a large mirrored built-in wardrobe and direct access towards the balcony.

The ensuite bathroom has a glass-framed shower and vanity, while a separate internal laundry includes both a washing machine and dryer, making the apartment practical for longer stays. The property also has air conditioning.

The living area includes comfortable seating and a TV, while the dining space works equally well for meals or laptop time. The living room also includes a king-sized fold-out sofa bed. The layout is compact and self-contained, making it suitable for families, couples, solo travellers or guests visiting Sydney for work or events.

ICC Sydney is approximately 500 metres from the building, while The Star and the Australian National Maritime Museum are also within walking distance.
Sydney Fish Market and Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre are also nearby, adding both dining and recreation options within easy reach of the apartment.

Darling Harbour connects guests with restaurants, waterfront walks, Tumbalong Park and attractions including SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.

For everyday convenience, there is a café downstairs and a grocery store across the road, making it easy to pick up coffee, groceries and essentials during your stay.

Convention light rail stop is around a four-minute walk from the address, providing connections towards Central and the Inner West.

The surrounding Pyrmont area also includes cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and waterfront walking routes, making the apartment a practical base for guests visiting Sydney for conferences, work, events or a city stay.

Pyrmont is well connected by light rail, bus, walking and ferry, making it easy to explore Sydney without a car.

The Convention Light Rail stop is nearby and is served by the L1 Dulwich Hill Line, which runs between Central Station and the Inner West via Darling Harbour.

There are also bus stops on Harris Street at Allen Street, with route 389 connecting Pyrmont with the city and Bondi Junction.

Guests can also walk through Darling Harbour and across Pyrmont Bridge toward the Sydney CBD, or head to Pyrmont Bay for ferry connections.

Parking: A private lock-up garage for one car is available on request. Please let us know in advance if you require it, as the space needs to be made available before arrival.

Limited visitor parking may also be available onsite. Paid street parking is available nearby, along with Secure Parking at 320 Harris Street, directly across the road, and Wilson Parking at Harbourside.

Street parking around Pyrmont is generally limited, timed or ticketed.

As the apartment is within a residential building, guests are asked to be considerate of neighbours and shared areas.

- Leave the accommodation in the same condition as you find it

- Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.

- If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests

- No Smoking inside the property. $500 fine applies.

- No illegal substances allowed.

- Please turn off the air conditioning units when you go outside. When using Air conditioning units, to be kind to the environment, please keep the temperature set to 24 degrees.

- Please clean up the dishes and take out any garbage before you leave the property.

- We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin. Any paper waste should be placed in the green recycling bin.

- Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided bins for this in both bathrooms.

- Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.


- Please close all windows and lock the front door when leaving the premises.

- No candles or naked flames of any type allowed in or on the property

- Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am

- Guests should have relevant travel insurance for any broken or lost personal items

- Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

- If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us.

- We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.

- The Properties managed by us are Owner’s homes. Items will be left for Guests to use throughout their stay (e.g. pantry goods, kids toys, sports equipment etc) with items not for use locked away at the Property. Guest’s are to respect the Owner’s desires and not use items that have been purposefully and obviously locked away and/or covered up and are not for Guest use.

- Please note, if a guest loses the house keys it’s a $150 charge to replace them.
