A lovely little spot with clean rooms and a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious and there were plenty of outlets for plugging in various charging cords for electronics. Staff were friendly and useful, and there are lots of good little coffee and eatery spots hearby.

Excellent and convenient location. Very walkable or many buses right outside. Bed, pillows, and linens 10/10! Bathroom was large and very posh. Reception extremely friendly and helpful. I’d def stay here next trip.

When I walked into the establishment I was greeted by a lovely staff member, I had a pretty good conversation with them and was shown around the hotel area. The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. I was able to walk to my destination with the help of the wonderful staff without getting lost and it was the same coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay I will have to make the next one a bit longer.

Mrs Banks is an excellent hotel. Convenient to the city and SCG precinct (which is why we stayed). Staff are friendly and excellent in terms of service. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. I would definately stay here again.

Great little place. Clean, seems freshly renovated. Easy access to Allianz Stadium and easy place to stay at. Staff are lovely. Would recommend.

When I lived around the corner in the 90s, this building was an actual bank. It has been made into the most BEAUTIFUL boutique hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything is literally on the doorstep, including the ICONIC Arthur’s Pizza across the road. I will definitely stay again. The spirit of the true Paddo culture.

Great hotel! A wonderful alternative to bland ‘brand’ hotels. Beautifully restored with attention to detail and the manager is very aware of the elements that make great accommodation Well come back. :)

Our room was spotless, comfortable bed. The staff were amazing, so helpfull, friendly & nothing was an issue. Mrs Banks ticked all the boxes our only regret is that we didn't book there on the return of our cruise. Will definitely go back & have already started telling people about staying there.

Great hotel in a great location! Staff extremely helpful. Bus stops almost outside front door and takes you to Circular Quay in one direction and Bondi in the other. Despite being on Oxford Street, the rooms are very quiet. Would highly recommend

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great area to stay in with direct bus to CBD and Circular Quay. Provide free nice pastry in the morning, and fruits, coffee & tea all days. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Highly recommend.

Staff were very accommodating. Clean and quiet room. Overall would recommend. Please consider having a couple of portacots available for guests. Children travel with working parents all the time and it would have been extremely helpful to have had one at the hotel. Luckily my brother was able to supply a travel cot for us otherwise I would have had to cancel our booking with Mrs Banks.

Nice little place to stay. Clean and modern in a central location in Paddington. Staff were great. Rooms were good. Only issue was there were no windows. Only a glass brick section of the wall which made the room feel dark and small.

The property is perfectly located in paddington. I cannot find anything negative about it. However, I can say that the level of service and customer interaction is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond their duty in accommodating my requests and assisting with whatever I needed. Will definitely be my go to place in Sydney

Great spot for a getaway, we walked to the city and back, went to a concert, enjoyed dinner and cocktails. Very grateful to collapse in a very comfortable bed. We will be back!
