The house was charming, well appointed and very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a strong musty mouldy odour in the house and the window panes above the bedroom doors appeared to have mould. I hope this can be rectified.

Quaint Cottage
Lovely historic cottage with excellent facilities, well appointed. Great central heating + fireplace. Very good location close to Leura shops and walks at Gordons Falls. Linen and towels excellent quality, kitchen had everything you could need and well stocked with board games for cosy nights by the fire.

Just gorgeous!
As a family, we stay in hotels when visiting the mountains, but I wanted more freedom and was excited to find this gorgeous cottage. A fantastic location, lovely and quiet. I have two kids, 9 and 13 years old, and they loved the space. The proximity to Leura shops was convenient for groceries, and the kitchen was excellent to cook meals in. We loved finding walks to do, coming back for lunch, then heading out for another adventure. This cottage really gave the three of us the most relaxing and comfortable little getaway. We will certainly be coming back again next year. It really did feel like a home away from home!

Cosy, comfortable and quaint.
Very comfortable, genuine attempt to keep the quintessential feel of a Blue Mts cottage, but with modern comforts, such as heated bathroom floor. Position ideal, close to views and park at Gordon Falls and the shops in Leura Mall.

Mintie Cottage
This is an outstanding accommodation. It was spotless and extremely well equipped. The location is quiet but just near enough to shops and restaurants. Rooms are large, comfortable and totally inviting. All the systems, lights, heating, appliances worked perfectly and were well described in the manual. It’s a truly outstanding place and I’d return anytime any season.

Lovely home, great location
My Sister and I enjoyed our stay at Mintie Cottage very much. A relaxing environment with plenty of lovely walks and lookouts nearby. The house is lovely and has everything you need, thoughtfully provisioned. Heidi and Luke are very responsive and gracious in accommodating any changes or requests. Will stay there again.

Loved the house and location. House was very clean & more than comfortable. The only concern with Stayz is the holding damage Deposit it’s been 12 days since my stay and still no refund way to long for my money to come back.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, HomeAway has changed its return of bond policy to 14 days. This is their policy now. We prefer 7 days, but we have no control over this now.

Such a beautiful historic cottage!!
Beautiful cottage that is historic and modern where it counts. Walking distance from the main strip of Leura and a quiet street, dont dont see or hear anyone!! Such an amazing stay! Will return.
