Great motel. Highly recommend. Comfortable and in a great location. Clean. It’s a little old in style but refurbished so it’s in good condition. Great spot to experience the Blue Mountains from.

Very convenient as there are two major supermarkets across the road. Many food options nearby. It is only a five minutes drive to Scenic World. Room is spacious but a little old.

The property was comfortable and conveniently situated in the heart of the town; close to shops, eateries, supermarkets and local sights. The drawbacks - the room had a musty odour and car space in front of room was too small making it awkward to get us and our luggage in and out of the car.

Everything was great the staff were fantastic nothing was a bother the only downside was the carpark and driveway badly need to be resurfaced due to large pot holes.

This property has a great location very central to everything. The bed was uncomfortable, no room service provided for multiple night stay. No soap for the shower, however was provided when asked for. Has small kitchenette but no dishcloth or tea towels to clean up dishes once used. Office hours are not friendly for travellers not open till 9am and closes at 5.

This a basic 3 star motel in need of some TLC. Our room had an extra single bed and was huge; there was a microwave and some plates etc and a small table to eat from; the bed was comfy. That was the best. The paint work and carpet had seen better days, the bathroom sink leaked, there was no bath mat provided, our room wasn't serviced (did we have to hang the provided notice on the door?) and the armchair had a broken leg. For Katoomba it was a reasonable deal, but only just.

The property is older but we found it very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing and noise from the neighbors minimal. It sits at the bottom of the main street in town so all the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are very walkable. The 3 Sisters were a quick drive down the hill but farther than I wanted to walk. We opted in for a hot breakfast that was served at The Metropole Hotel, which was ok and very filling. The next day we walked across the street to Aldi and picked up yogurt and fresh fruit. All in all we'd happily stay there again!

Great location
The location is in the middle of town is great. When we reached motel after 5+ pm, we found the reception dark. The reception hours are stated on the front door but not updated in Hotels.com. A staff who was leaving told us what to do for check in. Getting the key was quick. The room allocated to us had a constant squeaking sound coming from the smoke detector. So we reported this matter via the intercom. The person arranged for a staff to check. The staff came to check and offer to change our room to another. The new room was a family room with a kitchenette.

the property was dirty and needed repairs air conditioner did not work, there was noises coming from some sort of mechanical device all night outside the rear window

Pros: Not super modern looking but it was good and served the purpose. Clean, easy parking, kettle/fridge/microwave, easy check in with code texted for lock box, smart tv with streaming options, great location. Cons: doors slammed heavily/loudly if not careful, no dish soap for dishes, no bed sheet under the quilt (never seen that before at a hotel).

Comfortable bed but room I was allocated lit by outside lighting all night. Very old kitchen and bathroom. The property is inexpensive but this is reflected in the quality of the accommodation. Very noisy pipes when adjoining room using bathroom.

For the price it had everything we needed. Very convenient on Main Street. Limited front desk time, room was adequate but needed tlc, drapes in bad shape, nice to have balcony. Bbq available but not clean. Laundry room but no machine for correct change and front desk didn’t know what coins were needed and gave me what wouldn’t fit in machine. No soap available to purchase in machine. Laundromat across the road and grocery stores around the corner.

Handy location, walk to shops and restaurants. Budget rates but you get what you pay for. Hasn't had money spent on property for a long time. No electric blanket as advertised, no hair dryer, air cond barely warms the room, no soap holder in shower, tap in shower fell apart, WiFi is terrible, not enough power points in kitchenette. Grubby marks where fittings have changed.

I stayed here for five days, it's in a great spot, close to shops and attractions. I'm not used to living in an apartment block, so slamming doors, noises from others in close proximity is not something that I'm used to.

The rooms have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, in room heaters, extra blankets, as well as a small kitchenette inlduing microwave, kettle, and sink. It is literally in the heart of town so easy to walk to all the shopping and dining.
