Hi Thomasz, I'm so sorry you found the bed uncomfortable, interestingly it has never been mentioned before. I apologise we couldn't get a new mattrass delivered, timely delivery is always a bit of a challenge when you're located in a National Park, particularly just before Christmas. Thanks for letting me know about the mirror being too high in the bathroom. I'll address it and add a long length mirror to the living area which should resolve the issue. I would be disappointed as well Judith so appreciate your review. It’s the first time it’s ever happened in 20 years of holiday letting.
