We arrived to hotel view from our room was nice. The room was out dated telephone didn’t work. The fire alarm went off twice late at night and early in morning. Most holiday inns offer free breakfast but not here.

Good location & walkable to many restaurants, tourists spots and shopping. I like the city view from our room at night. I was very disappointed about the changes in room rates way higher than what’s Expedia quoted me. Also, I was charged twice 90.00 totaling 180.00 for the breakfast buffet last Saturday. I have to-call them about it tho. Otherwise, everything is good

While the area directly outside the hotel was lovely, just up the road is a very seedy part of town. Unfortunately we accidently ended up in this area after taking a wrong turn. Not the hotels fault - just a bit of a shock.

Breakfast buffet is great. Being next to Kings CRoss station was extremely convenient. The hotel had great view of downtown, Sydney Bridge and Opera house. The rooms were very quiet.

all good- comfortable room , great view and location next to transit and shops/restaurants, great breakfast and desk /restaurant staff were all helpful, pleasant and friendly. We were Ok with the surrounding area although others had commented it was not the best.

A room with a view
We loved the accommodation. The view was amazing. The staff were friendly. It was easy to get around Sydney and we had a daily buffet breakfast.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. It's in Kings Cross, so everywhere is effectively walkable. Our room was nice, with a stunning view over the city, including the bridge and opera house. The bar was good with friendly staff.

Convenient for M1 and easy to follow google directions. Good car park. Included body wash and shampoo very good. Aircon was a little too loud in room regardless of what we tried.
