We really appreciate your feedback about the property, particularly with the lack of aircon which you booked the property does not have an aircon and it is indicated in the listing, however, there should be fans at the property and we hope you were able to utilise them. For the stairs, we understand that it is not convenient for you to access the property, however, the elevator is not listed in the amenities, Furthermore, for the one-hand towel, no face/wash cloths, one tiny kitchen towel, no paper towels or Kleenex, and cleanliness have been added to the account to take the necessary action and for consideration, We wish you all the best.
