Located on the lower level of the main house, this 1 bedroom unit has its own private entrance via a side pathway. The path is quite steep, so it is best suited for physically fit guests. There is a ramp to help with luggage, but due to the incline, it is not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges.

This place is perfect for couples who respect the main house residents. It is quiet, private, and nestled in the safe, leafy neighborhood of Forestville. A coffee shop and a local pizza spot are just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a morning latte or enjoy a casual dinner where locals often catch up every day.

Free street parking is available, along with access to a shared EV charger. If you`d like to use the charger, kindly contact us in advance, and we’ll coordinate with the owners.

Spacious Bedroom: A bright bedroom with a queen-size bed, premium linen, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and electric wall heaters. Sliding doors with block-out shutters open to the balcony for a serene start to your day.

Modern, Compact Kitchen: Includes a fridge, freezer, microwave with grill, a Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and cooking essentials like cooking oil.

Peace & Privacy: It is quiet and private, though we ask guests to be respectful of the main house residents.

Guests can access the property using a key stored in a secure lockbox. Detailed check-in instructions, including a unique lockbox code, will be sent one day before your arrival for a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.

We are available to answer any questions via the app or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Despite its leafy setting, Forestville is just a short drive to some of Sydney’s most famous beaches, including Dee Why, Curl Curl, and Manly, all within 15–20 minutes. For city adventures, Sydney’s CBD is about a 25-minute drive in good traffic, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds: coastal relaxation and vibrant city life.

Locally, you’ll find charming coffee shops, bakeries, and casual dining spots, giving Forestville a warm, community feel.

Opal Card or Contactless Payments:
All buses accept Opal cards or contactless payment using a bank card or phone. You can check real-time schedules using the Transport NSW Trip Planner app or website.

Train Connections:
The nearest train stations are Chatswood and Roseville, both a 10–15 minute drive or bus ride away, offering easy access to the Sydney rail network.
Before You Arrive
- We offer convenient self check-in so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
- Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick online verification through our Guest Portal.
- Once completed, you`ll receive your check-in instructions, digital house guide, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional fees).

During Your Stay
- Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing stay, parties, events, commercial activities and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

A Few Housekeeping Notes
- We ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage, missing items, lost keys or excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
- Serious breaches of the house rules may result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
- If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
