We were most shocked to read the review of your stay at TYGLAS Studio. We always endeavour to give our guests a 5 star experience and were quite taken aback by your comments. The bedroom is 13m2 is insulated and contains an electric heater, electric blankets on the king bed along with a winter duvet. In the wardrobe are three more blankets and another duvet with a cover on it. This bedroom has a door to retain heat. The bathroom is 5m2 is insulated and has two doors to isolate it from the bedroom and living area. The bathroom has a heated towel rail fitted to the wall. The main living space is 26m2, is serviced by a natural gas heater and has two throw blankets on the TV shelf. We have provided more than is reasonably expected to heat such a small living space, and feel your complaint is unjustified. At no time during your four night stay did you communicate to us that you were unhappy, even when we personally interacted. Our house rules clearly state that if you have any issues to allow us to address them. Letting us know in a (grammatically incoherent) review a week after you have left is, frankly, craven. Good communication may have resulted in a more pleasant stay. Moving forward you may want to keep that in mind, instead of giving three stars for something we could have addressed for you!

Dear Lynette Thank you so much for your review. I have often thought about a broom but was never sure where to put it without it looking tacky. I think I will pop a dustpan and brush in there though. You left the studio in pristine condition and I’m very thankful to you for that. I hope that despite the issues with the front door that you loved your stay with us.
