This property was very well renovated, clean and the staff were lovely. All amenities were fantastic and well thought of. We particularly enjoyed this property as we were able to bring our puppy along as it was pet free - they thought of all the necessities required to host a pet which was much appreciated.

Bathroom floors were super slippery, no towel bars, no extra towels, musty smell in the bathroom. Rooms were very small. Room was not serviced by 3.30pm. Breakfast 3 egg omelette was possibly 1 1/2 eggs, desired filling was minimal, great lattes, great front desk staff. Good location

The Crown Plaza was very nice. The staff went over the top when we needed something. They were very friendly and helped us get a handy cap taxie.

Our room was quite dirty, floor hasn't been vacummex for a long time lots of dirts and dust. Room table wasnt clean when we got to the room. Apart from that service from reception was good, the location of the hotel is excellent walkable distance to Darling Harbour with lots of shops and restaurants surround.

When we booked this hotel we chose an outdoor pool over location, which as soon as we arrived we realised was a big mistake. The hotel was extremely average in what it offered, and due to its high rise restricted footprint this caused issues with things like breakfast - instead of having the hot breakfast as self serve we had to order and then wait, which is extremely inconvenient when trying to rush to a scheduled event. The quality of the food was okay but coffee was not good. The room for breakfast was poorly laid out and even though the waiting staff were pleasant their processes made it inefficient.

We loved our time at this hotel. The location was fantastic. The staff and service were incredible. The buffet was great. The only downside we had was the hotel seems to cater more to short stays as opposed to longer stays. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, however we didn’t have anything to clean our cups with. We had our room service each day and the dirty cups weren’t cleaned. It would have also been good to have a set of cutlery and a plate. We stayed in an accessible room and the shower spread so much water that it was very unsafe and slippery. All in all, we will absolutely return to this hotel.

Our stay was fabulous. We chose this location due to its closeness to family obligations without realizing how close everything was. The transportation options were great. The staff went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The front desk answered our questions and helped us find everything. Roo. Service was delicious and fast. This establishment is top notch and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney!

Property was good but parking is a big issue and very expensive. We had to pay a big amount on parking and had to move the car around to avoid fines or higher fees

Wonderful family weekend stay where the staff were fantastic, lots of thoughtful extras including gifts for the kids, chocolates, sunscreen by the pool, water refill stations and more. Breakfast was delightful and the make your own juice bar was a huge hit. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour. It was conveniently located close to public transport and an easy walk to Darling Harbour. The room was clean and a good size for our family of four. The breakfast every morning was yummy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Loved the friendly staff, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Accomodation very clean and in a perfect location. Only thing I was disappointed with was they offered tea and coffee facilities but did not provide any tea or coffee. Could not fault them on anything else. A Perfect stay. Thank you
