Other Things to Note:
🏘️Shared garden: Outdoor areas are shared with long-term residents. No BBQs, fires, or loud gatherings permitted.

🏞️ Steep hill: The apartment is located at the top of a steep incline. Please consider this if you have mobility needs or heavy luggage.

🧺 Laundry: A private washing machine is available (no dryer). Indoor drying racks and a shared clothesline are provided.

🔲 Privacy film: Windows have privacy film, but it reflects light. If it’s brighter inside than outside, visibility is possible — we recommend closing curtains at night.

📚 Books & games: A small selection of reading materials and classic card/board games is provided for guest use.

🛠️ Character building: This is a renovated Art Deco apartment — with charm and a few quirks typical of older buildings.

Important:
-Ensure to turn on the range hood exhaust when cooking any smoke alarm trigger will result in a fire and rescue fine of 1656 AUD
-Please ensure keys are safe with you all times and returned upon checkout. Lost keys will incur a 200 AUD replacement fee. Lost FOB may cost additional.
