Youre also surrounded by the vibrant bars and hip coffee shops that Bondi is famous for. With so much cosmopolitan excitement, it could be easy to forget youre only a 5-minute drive from Sydneys most famous beach, packed full of surfer charm.
Further afield, The Bondi to Bronte clifftop walk is a must, showcasing the best of Australias stunning coastline. Yoga and pilates arent hard to find, there are gyms aplenty and the famed Bondi Icebergs pool beckons for a day of swimming laps and a Sauna. After an active day, collapse into a delectable cocktail at Hardware in Bondi Beach, where a delicate balance of sumptuous flavours paired with rustic live music and entertainment can turn one drink into many.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
