Very poor quality of rooms, not a friendly staff, no facilities. Don’t go there. Only good thing is that it is near to the train station.

Dont expect to much, this is mostly just for bed. You need to find your breakfast or meal. Toilet and shower is shared with other guests. Cleaning is around once every two day

The room stank like a smokers room, mattress very soft like it was old. The area is, in my daughter’s words “sketchy”. We chose not to stay the night as we could not relax. Staff member was very helpful and pleasant.

There was hundreds of bed bugs all through our bed. My partner and I had to leave at 2am and sleep in our car because there is that many! We are both covered in bites. Our fridge didn’t work and neither did the tv.

When it says parking available, it is parking on the street or in a parking lot down the road which isn't visable from the hotel. A good cheap over night option if you are attending an event at Olympic Park. I would look for other option if planning on staying more than 2 nights.

Clean and tidy But area surronding the hotel felt dodgy which is not the hotels fault. Reception at the bar felt weird

I liked the location. The rooms however didn't even have a toilet in it. And the noises from each room was very transparent across the night.

The room looked like it had never been cleaned before. The ladies wash room’s faucet was broken. But, the staff were amazing and helpful.

Firstly my appreciation for their counter staff who were quite helpful. Bathrooms & toilets are not attached to the rooms. They are common This was not known to me while booking. Ladies toilets ran out of issues in the middle of night and I had to get something for my ladies from the men's room. Vomit on the corridor floors. Lot of music and noise late in to the night. Impossible to sleep. Unsuitable for famlies.

I had to get a full refund on my stay due to having no access to bed sheets or towels. The hotel staff were nice but they had issues with cleaning staff which could not give me the needs. So if you don’t mind sleeping on a bed with no sheets and don’t want a shower, this place is fine.

Thanks for taking the time to review us David.As we had mentioned to all guests checking in that day we had changed our supplier of our linen and there was a delay with the delivery, we certainly did not expect to receive it at 11:45pm otherwise we would have relocated all of our guests had we know. Will never book again. Toilets are so dirty and the receptionist told me that its mens toilet but on morning i saw 2 womens inside the mens toilet. Such a dirty place

Hi Abinesh. My apologies your stay was not as you expected. They are mens toilets, but ass they also contain the laundry we do at times, have ladies in there for a short time whilst they do their laundry.

This is a old hotel it hasn’t seen any maintenance for quite a while by the state of things The hotel looks to have a no care factor Men’s showers not clean only one shower for entire guests Main access door to accomodation doesn’t close Hotel has a loud noise in late night and early morning You get the cheapest accomodation and that’s what it is

At aproxmatly $80 per night it is budget accomodation. The room was clean and the bed comftable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
