Our apartment is located in a quiet area in a modern high-rise building that was completed in January 2020 and is part of the “Platan Complex” development.
It is a very spacious and luxurious first-floor apartment with two large bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Its total area is 70 m². The usable space is extended by the balcony, where you can spend pleasant moments while enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of your favourite wine and breathing in the sea air. Guests also have access—for a fee—to a parking space in the neighbouring building, which significantly enhances the comfort of your stay and may be particularly desirable for families with children. The apartment is furnished in a minimalist style with striking glam accents: the colour palette is dominated by muted tones—grey, beige, and white—with a balanced yellow accent reminiscent of a sunbeam, as well as beautiful wood details and modern furniture or accessories subtly incorporated into the design, which warm the interior and delight with their texture and unconventional appearance. In addition, high-gloss lacquered furniture not only lends the individual elements of the decor elegance and a certain lightness but also brings a casual style to the room and perfectly complements the arrangement. As a result, this exceptionally spacious apartment exudes tranquility and promises comfort and relaxation. Here, attention is paid not only to the aesthetic value of the space but also—among other things, through functional furniture such as a spacious sofa, large and comfortable beds, or a vanity table—to the individual needs of the guests.
In the immediate vicinity of the “Platan Complex” are a gym, a Thai massage studio, and a bike rental shop. Nearby, you’ll find stores such as the Biedronka supermarket and LIDL, as well as a wide variety of dining options at numerous bars and restaurants. Additionally, the apartment is just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy to travel to Germany.
