"Jedyne co było dobre to lokalizacja. Po wejściu do ,,ala" apartamentu byliśmy niemile zaskoczeni wyposażeniem. Rezerwowaliśmy pobyt dla dwóch dorosłych i dwójki dzieci z czego jedna dziewczynka ma 12 lat A druga prawie dorosła 17,5, wiek był podawany przy rezerwacji. Dostaliśmy jedno rozkładane dwuosobowe łóżko i jedno jednoosobowe, przy czym mieszkanie powinno być wyposażone w 4 komplety pościeli, my dostalismy 3 komplety. Po telefonie z obsługą usłyszeliśmy ,, Taki apartament państwo...

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."
