Ferienwohnung am Meer, Urlaub auf der Insel Usedom, Appartement White Space

The "White Space" apartment in Świnoujście is a unique place for rest and relaxation, beloved by our guests who appreciate luxury and comfort, as well as proven modern solutions that make everyday life easier and more intuitive. The apartment is located within the gated and secure Platan complex, which was built in 2010 in the resort area of Świnoujście and is surrounded by a park planted with plane trees—from which the complex takes its name.
It is an apartment with a very spacious bedroom, a living room featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a modern bathroom, with a total area of 52 m², as well as a balcony that serves as the perfect extension of the usable space. The interior is decorated in light colours, dominated by wood, white, and beige tones that evoke associations with sand, the beach, and the sun, accented by a deep shade of grey and black accessories. In addition, the apartment is extremely cosy and is characterised by simple lines and the highest quality. Numerous textiles and decorative accessories complement the space and make you feel right at home. It’s an ideal choice for people who want to spend some time on the couch with a book during their stay, watch their favourite film on a TV as big as a cinema screen, or enjoy breakfast in an extremely comfortable bed.
Right next to the Platan estate complex is the largest outdoor playground in Świnoujście, which is a favourite among children—a perfect spot for family recreation; and nearby is a children’s playroom with a café for parents. Nearby, you’ll find stores such as Biedronka and LIDL, as well as a wide variety of dining options at numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, the apartment is just 700 metres from the Polish-German border crossing, and the nearby UBB train station allows you to travel freely to Germany.
