Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
We booked this property 4 months back.We have been receiving notification from Expedia/Vrbo regarding the stay until the day of arrival.Came to know on the DAY of Arrival that this property was CLOSED 2 months back for renovation !and was NOT available. After knowing that this place is not available, we were on the phone with Vrbo for a long time and they did not provide alternate arrangement for our stay. We had to find a hotel at last minute and paid much more. We hope receive full refund plus all the extra expenses we incurred due to lack of any timely communication from the booking site.
