"Televisión no working. Cold room and worst food ever "

"This was a really nice and clean hotel. We had an appartement room, so a little more space to play with. The staff were excellent, being friendly and helpful. The hotel is built on the side of a hill, with a ‘cave’ bar, and excellent views towards the sea. My only gripe would be the lack of ventilation, especially after a shower when steam would make the whole apartment feel damp. We had poor weather during our stay, so having the patio doors open wasn’t an option. I dare say that normally ventilation wouldn’t be an issue. We did eat at the hotel, and was pleased with what was served. Breakfast was included, this being a buffet system. Again, all good. All in all, recommend. "

"TV & Door lock did not work, however the maintenance team quickly attended and replaced/repaired. Housekeeping supervisor Sonja was tremendously helpful and coordinated prompt assistance. Beautiful room presentation including cake, bottle of wine, towel arrangement with flowers on the bed for partner's surprise Birthday celebration/stay. Excellent breakfast selection."

"The pool areas were good. The staff were welcoming and helpful, unfortunately except for one staff member. There was a variety of food however the hot food was either luke warm or cold."

"Food was excellent, we had no air conditioning working, internet was out for one day, no hot water on another day. Definitely wouldn't not stay again. "

"The property is located little bit outside the town but the nearby area here is also very nice. This property offers room at very nice location and with a spectacular view. Special mention to the breakfast offered in the morning which was fresh and as per the choice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place."
