"Being a San Diego native, the location was perfect. It was centrally located between both mine and my partners jobs, as well as being within 20 minutes of everything SD has to offer. The living room AC took some getting used to, as the display for the remote was broken, however it worked as normal. It got a bit loud at times, but I attribute it to being the one AC trying to cool down a large room. Nonetheless, there were so many windows and you're technically on the third floor, so opening the windows let in a nice, comfortable breeze. The view on the patio is great! You can see the ocean, the downtown skyline, as well as everything between it. Thank goodness this property had parking! The surrounding neighbors are all apartment complexes which could've made parking a nightmare, but because it offered assigned off-street parking, parking was never an issue. All in all, my partner and I enjoyed our 3 nights, relaxed in the comfort of someone elses home and treated it like our own. This is the second property that we've stayed at from this host. They definitely take good care of their properties and I'm looking forward to our next staycation... Hopefully finding another property from this awesome host!"
