"Fabulous stay"

"Great location, close to the sea front. The room was ok however rsther small with an oversized sofa and rather dark. The windows were facing windiws from other buildings so no privacy. But thats ok i guess. The worst part is te lack of customer service of the front desk staff members. I arrived to find a door opened by code but did not recirve the code. "Room was amazing we was kindly upgraded by the lovely receptionist not sure of her name but she was really nice as was all the staff.Hotel was of an exceptionally high standard from cleanliness to the delicious food in the restaurant.Beautiful beach within a stones throw as was the train station and the hotel pool was huge and very well maintained.Dom Zdrowjy Jastarnia is in all truth the nicest hotel I have stayed at and I've visited a few over the years.Would definitely return!"

"We are repeat guests at this property and enjoy an excellent experience with our family every time! You can’t ask for a better location: walking distance to everything! The hotel feels like a second home, with conveniences like a kitchenette area and an available key to a laundry room. The staff are friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back again! "

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."

"The housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive. While breakfast is adequate, popular items were frequently unavailable. The policy permitting dogs in all rooms and the dining area may not appeal to all guests."
