Perfect location with easy access to M4 off J45 with free parking opposite. Less than a 10 min walk from Swansea Liberty Stadium and the fantastic Morfa retail park. Less than 1 min walk is the popular Coopers Arms pub and convenience store with post office.

Also being less than 2 miles from Swansea city centre makes it easy to access everything this wonderful city has to offer. Less than £10 in a taxi and £3 on the bus

Family holiday

Property done up on the cheap, and maintained on the cheap. Two hobs on the stove did not work. No shelving units on the fridge door to stand up milk. Kitchen bin had no lid. Poor and scrappy supply of kitchen utensils. The tin opener didn't work. The shower supply of hot water was quite temperamental. The whole bathroom could do with a refit. The toilet lid was broken. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine we expect coming from the carpet floor and floorboards. There were no dining chairs in the property to eat at the table. The over all cleanliness of the property was poor. The decor was very poor. The bedrooms were good, but downstairs was yuck!
