The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. "Cottage is in a great location literally a minutes walk to the beach and coast path. Beds are comfy, and it was fine for a couple of nights, but the cottage has quite a basic feel about it. We were lucky to have 2 very sunny days so spent most of the time out walking, as it’s not a particularly cosy cottage, but a good base if you want to be out exploring on foot. "

Monica was very friendly and most helpful.It might be helpful to have a mirror in the twin room, a non slip mat for the showers and instructions on how to use the cooker and what to do about refuse and recycling.Guests with mobility problems might have difficulty getting up the front steps as there's no rail.However, we would certainly recommend this property for a holiday stay."
