The space The waterfront loft situated in swansea Marinas’ most exclusive and sought after area. The J Shed is one of the most recognisable buildings in the SA1 Swansea waterfront, a redeveloped historic dockside warehouse sitting directly on the edge of the Prince of Wales Dock.
In the J Shed building itself you will find: • The Shed Bar and Restaurant • The Rasoi Indian Restaurant (directly below) • The Welsh House – bar and restaurant
Directly opposite: • The Riverhouse Bar and Restaurant and • Lotus House Thai Restaurant to the left • The Winehouse Bar Sainsbury’s supermarket (two minute walk over the bridge) • Two minute walk to Tesco Express
You’re situated in the beautiful marina, surrounded by stunning views, bars, restaurants, an arcade, and ice cream shops.
Only a 5-minute walk to Swansea city centre and the famous Wind Street — Wagamama, Nandos, ASK Italian, The Brasserie, Bonnie Rogues, to name a few.
A few minutes from there is: Vue Cinema Odeon Cinema Superbowl and arcades Plantasia Crazy Climb Denny’s American Diner You are in a great position! Although you are surrounded by amazing places, you are also situated in a quiet enough spot to have a restful night’s sleep.
A 30-second walk to a glorious beach, with 6 miles stretching from Swansea to Mumbles — a little fishing village full of bars, restaurants, and the famous Joe’s Ice Cream, which can be accessed via the promenade, bus, or taxi. Swansea’s new arena is within walking distance from your stay, hosting comedians, concerts, and dance acts on a regular basis.

You make your way on foot around the front of the building using the pedestrian path where you will come to a row of restaurants on the ground floor. From left to right is The Shed The Rasoi (we are the doorway circled) Lock box instructions will be given when you have booked for access. Use your fob and tap it on the sensor to the left of the door and pull the door open. When inside walk up the flight of stairs to the first door. There is also a lift available. once through the door we are the first door on your left. Number 15 (black door) Use the key to open the door.
All switches are inside or to the side of the designated area.

Please lock balcony door and front door when not in the building.
Please be mindful during your stay that there are offices in the same building and noise should be kept to a minimum.
No further guests allowed to join- and a maximum of 2 adults, 2 juniors (bunk beds) for the stay.

Other things to note There is lift access in the building from the ground floor access which take you directly outside The Door of the studio.
There is also public disabled parking to the front of the building. Main parking is behind the building. Pay and display.
