Fantastic views and a great apartment

A great apartment which was extremely well equipped including unexpected extras like toiletries, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, cooking oil and cleaning products. Fantastic views across the beach from the Juliette balcony. Handy nearby secure parking (although maybe tight for some cars/drivers). Very helpful staff at Just Stay Wales just couldn't do enough to help with check in, queries etc - which made it all the better. Thanks!

Lovely property in a great location with views over the marina and beach and some nice bars and restaurants nearby. El Pescador and the Swigg Bar were particularly good and Swansea itself is a great night out. Tony on reception was a real gent, friendly and helpful with great local knowledge on what to do and where to go

Perfect little place for either one person, a couple or a couple with a young child, everything you need to cook you own meals and plenty of variety writhing walking distance.

It was a good stay but I had to hoover underneath the sofa cushions, which were full of crumbs and the bath had a few small hairs in it. Our apartment faced construction work, so view from window was not great.

Vi bokade med kort varsel (24 timmar innan) vilket medförde många mailväxlingar inklusive automatmail med med otydlig information. Vid direktkontakt löstes dock frågetecknen snabbt. Lite krånglig verifiering för att bli klar med bokningen men hela processen gav ett intryck av att uthyrningen genomförs med hög säkerhet.

Nice place if the beds get changed.

Really nice apartment lovely view but sadly the beds/ mattresses were poor two singles pushed together and you can feel the springs in your back. I never slept well during my stay. I travel for work and my sleeps are important to me.

Great apt, view & facilities. Parking a challenge.

Apartment was fantastic with a great standard of cleanliness and facilities. The only challenge was the car park. My car simply couldn’t fit in to the entrance so I had to pay for parking elsewhere. A thriving bigger than a hatchback is a struggle. This wouldn’t prevent me from staying again. Though as it was a compromise worth making. Also the communication was outstanding from their team.

Excellent comfortable apartment

We wull definitely recommend the apartments. It was spacious and fully equipped. Handy when travelling with kids as well. There is a coop next door and the beach is just across the road. Also very central location to walk within Swansea city centre. Good access to main road to explore around. Good communication from the team and Jany. We had an issue that was dealt with very promptly and professionally. Our deposit was refunded within 24hrs. Only downside is the access to parking as its very narrow ramps. Not ideal for big SUVs. But this is a common issue in most multistorey or underground carpark. So not really the owners fault.

Fantastic view as apartment is on the tenth floor accessible from one off three lifts, apartment is spacious and has all the items you need. Secure parking close by great access to the beach, shops within walking distance.

only a Juliet Balcony at 60 meridian tower

slightly disappointed as the Hotels.com website gave the impression that the property has a balcony, however on arrival it was only a 'Juliet' balcony (really just a large window). Great views overlooking Swansea bay. we found the bedroom stuffy as the window handle was broken, though a fan was provided. Instructions about car parking were no-existent on arrival. very little work surface in the kitchen area but as we were mostly eating out not a big problem for us. Asked us to recycle but no bags or instructions on what or how.

We stayed in this property for our son's graduation and we truly loved it. Apartment easily accessible , very clean and nicely equipped with all you need. It was lovely to have a breakfast on the balcony with the sea view. Very nice apartment indeed and I would stay there again.
