"These are very nice apartments with a kitchenette, pleasant shower, and comfortable bed. We got an apartment with a sofa bed since we were with my daughter. Enough room for the three of us. The reception was nice and they offered to store our luggage. However, they did ask for a fairly hefty fee if we wanted to check-in early. They also booked us a cab to Heathrow. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good.
