The property features a bright, south-facing open-plan living room with a brand-new kitchen and panoramic views across Swanage Bay. A small private garden and front entrance provide additional outdoor space.

The lounge area includes a comfortable king-size sofabed, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a new digital television, and a dining table with chairs. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC, and an external door providing convenient access to the rear car park.
