This hotel is a budget motel that needs a renovation. The other motels were full so I didn’t have much choice. If I hadn't pre-paid thru Expedia I would not have stayed. Not recommended.

Lady at check in was nice. Room was clean but smelly. Pillows were ridiculous. Worst part was when I returned after work, my jewelry pouch with my beaded pins and earrings had been stolen. Outside door was locked leaving only staff service entry with access. Other expensive items not touched. Manager was defensive and non-caring. Made it my fault and gave no apology. I couldn’t stay there another night and manager would not refund. Jewelry worth about $400.00 and was personal to me, depicting MMIW, Remembrance Day poppy and residential schools. All handmade. Was warned not to stay there but there were no other rooms available in town due to construction. Very disappointing

Fire hazard
Door from hallway to lobby was locked so I couldn’t check out properly. A fire hazard for sure as the other exit was at the opposite end of the long hallway.

Don't expect a Hilton experience, you don't pay Hilton prices either. Seen worse places, but it served our purpose for the night. Place was clean.

Terrible!
This is such a dive of a stay and am so shocked that it is even on the Hotels.com app. We checked in and immediately checked out as soon as we seen the room. The building itself is dirty, old, dated and dingy. It smells and does not feel safe at all. Locals told us that they do not recommend that place to anyone, is full of rift raft and not sure why it hasn't been shut down yet. Staff were rude and gave a run around for a refund and demanded an in depth reason why we refused to stay there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good for a short stay. Rooms need to be updated - old tube TV, bathroom, carpet, room had a weird smell to it. There were several people here staying long term. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff,
