It's in a very convenient location right in the CBD of Swan Hill and directly across the road from the train station, so has fantastic access to transport, shops and parks. The room itself is faultless. We stayed in a queen single room and it was wonderful; recently renovated with modern amenities including a lovely walk in shower. The only minor downside is the indoor swimming pool, it's VERY old and dated plus solar heated so can be freezing! Otherwise it was great. The staff are lovely and the accommodation is more than sufficient, we will definitely stay again.

We found all staff very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were lovely and very clean, the location is right in the shopping centre which is ideal

The electric blanket did not work and had been tucked upder the mattress so you couldn't get to it and turned off at the power point
