"This hotel just opened in Dec of 2025. It is a very nice place to stay, very modern, good restaurants, great pools. Extremely comfortable! And if the price ($142 USD a night) stays the same as it gets popular it will stay great. If you are a young adult, you may not like it here, because this is on North Caye Caulker where there is no party scene, so it is a ferry ride everytime you want to go to the party on South Caye Caulker... But the ferry is free... Bonus!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished with large windows to soak in the beautiful views. We were disappointed that there was no beach to walk on, and no swimming at our part of the island, due to crocodiles. There is a nice soaking pool onsite.We were able to ride bikes to Bliss Beach at the north end of the island for dipping in the ocean. It was very quick and easy to ferry across the split to South Caye Caulker, for a very small fee. We enjoyed being on the more relaxed, quieter north side. Overall a great stay. "
